Availability
Most items are available for immediate delivery. However, due to rapid turn around of some of our inventory, some items may be temporarily unavailable. If this is the case, you will be notified via e-mail that your item will be Special Ordered. An estimated delivery date will be given and your order will be processed unless we receive notice of cancellation within 24 hours.

Timing
Please allow one to two days for processing. You should receive your UPS Ground package within 1-10 days of processing, depending on your proximity to Brentwood, CA. Next day delivery will be delivered the day after shipment goes out.

Shipping
Shipping fees are based on UPS Ground Shipping and apply only to the 48 contiguous states.
