Placing an order on our web site signifies that you agree to the following return conditions:
Products may be returned within 30 days of the order being received by the customer for store credit.
Clearance items are not returnable and non-refundable.
All returns must still be in new (unused) condition and have all the packaging, original contents, and warranty information included. Please DO NOT MARK on the original box. If there are any markings on the original box there will be a $5.00 box charge to replace the manufacturer's box.
All items in new condition with original packaging can be returned without a restocking fee and you will only have to pay the shipping fees to send back the product. In cases where a defective product can be fixed with a new part, we will have the manufacturer provide you with a new replacement part. Defective products that cannot be fixed with a replacement part can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period of time, the exchange will have to be done by the manufacturer under the warranty. Note that all returned products that are claimed defective are tested by our technicians.
We will not accept the return or exchange of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging.
The customer pays shipping costs for all returned items. In the case of the exchange of a defective item, we will pay for the shipment of the replacement item back to the customer. If the customer paid for expedited shipping on the original order, those shipping charges will not be refunded.
If returned items are found to not be in the condition stated with all the packing material included, we reserve the right to refuse the return, in which case the item will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense, and no credit will be issued.
If you wish to return your product, you must first go through the returns procedure described below to get proper instructions BEFORE shipping your product back to us. Any items shipped back to us without a prior arrangement will be refused and shipped right back to the customer. All returns must first obtain a return authorization number (RA #). You can obtain an RA # by contacting us during our normal office hours by calling (310) 440-9970.
Please note that Returns will not be processed without documentation including order number, address and reason for return.
Because it involves several manual steps performed by several parties, be aware that refunds can take up to 3 weeks to process.
